Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email. Simply print it out and attach it to your original packaging.

Drop Off the Package

Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location. Ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in unworn condition.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse receives and inspects your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
